People who move to this arguably hippest town in the San Fernando Valley soon feel like they hit the jackpot once settled in Studio City. Often drawn to the area by CBS Studios and/or some of LA's best private and public schools, locals take advantage of a plethora of yoga studios, sushi shops, trendy boutiques, craft cocktail bars & speciality ice creameries dotted along lively Ventura Boulevard. The Donas, Fryman Canyon and the Wrightwood Estates neighborhoods sweep down the hillsides from Mulholland Drive to the flat enclaves of Colfax Meadows, Tujunga Village & the Footbridge, Walter Reed & Landale Square neighborhoods. Originally populated predominantly by classic single level California Ranch homes on spacious lots, some have been replaced by modern two story farmhouses due to the demand for more square footage by today's families.
